REVEL POLICIES
**Masks are no longer required in the salon. Please let us know if you’d like us to wear them while working on you.
**Late Cancel and No Show- Any Cancels with less than 24 hours, no matter the reason will be charged half of the scheduled service cost. An apple cash request will be sent by text and payment will be required before any future booking. I understand things come up, but please understand that I always have a waitlist and can fill these appointments if Im notified with the appropriate amount of time.
**Tardiness: Please know that if you are late for your appt, it is your time. I will have less time to spend on your hair, it cant be taken out of the next clients time and I wont let it run me late for the rest of the day. Depending on the circumstances, if you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late for your appt, I may have to reschedule you and it will be considered a no show.
**First Time clients: Please plan to show up 10 minutes before your scheduled time. In addition to styleseat sending a reminder 2 days before your appt through text and email, I will reach out personally to confirm, if there is no response, the appt will be auto cancelled.
**Pricing on all services may vary for extra length and thickness.
**We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your service at Revel, please let us know within one week of original service date for any adjustments.
**Color and highlight pricing does not include blowdry, additional $45. When getting a haircut with color service, blowdry/style is included.
**Sorry, there will be no "re-do's" on smoothing/keratin treatments. Application done per manufacturer’s directions, results vary.
